On my next visit I tell them this. I'm told that they'll refund my money at the end of treatment, after the insurance company has paid for everything. My treatment has been over for months, GEICO paid them in full 3 months ago. I've called and asked them to refund my money 3 times and I still haven't received my money. In the beginning I thought their asking for the 20% deductible was an honest mistake, But I've learned from GEICO that they were told from day one NOT to take a deductible because I was covered 100%.
