We had a guy come out for an estimate from this company for a kitchen backsplash. Chased after them…read morefor 2 weeks to get the price. At the time, he said they were out about 2-3 weeks for installation. We agreed and the lady who schedules said the guy doesn't know about the schedule and that they were 6 weeks out. I agreed to that and asked her for a specific start date and she told me that she was going to redo the schedule over the weekend and would get back to me. She didn't so I chased her down again and now she quoted me 14 weeks! Yes, she added 2 MONTHS onto her original quote. I guess she didn't know anything about the schedule, either. So we waited around for them for 14 weeks (to be clear, you couldn't find installers at this time or else we would have gotten someone else). Anyway, the start date was June 27th. It is now September 27th and we have yet to hear from these people. No call, no show, no contact whatsoever. Unbelievably unprofessional. Save yourself 4 months and get someone else. These people are hacks.

They try to deceive Fort Wayne area people with a local area code. They just promise to show up then say they got busy but "they'll get to you" they promise they'll show up on their next appointment they set and yet they never show at any appointment they set. They will just take your money do a terrible job, never come back to fix issues. Then they just act like you're bothering them and it's your fault. Here is a pic of my ridge vent just put on July 2019. They won't return my calls. They don't stand behind their work. They just try to ignore you and hope you go away. They left me no choice but start legal action against them. Brian has it all sorted by tree type....Cherry, Oak etc. No digging through a mixed pile of wood to pick out the good or specific pieces. His firewood is clean, healthy looking, and affordable. His lot is organized by wood types whether seasoned wood or fresh cut. Every piece is great! Brian always either answers his phone when we call, or calls us back within 24 hours. Do not use FCA- they ruined $800 worth of Air purifiers because the vinyl flooring installer, Jose,…read more was too lazy to use the proper setup for cutting the vinyl planks and blasted the vinyl saw dust all over my bedroom and the air purifiers sucked up the saw dust like a vacuum cleaner. I have asthma. Nobody in their right mind would use those when the saw dust got into the motors. You cannot fix that by replacing the filters. Apparently John Fitz is an expert in air purifiers and what equates to ruining the air purifiers. John Fitz said they would only pay to replace my filters. Originally, Bill Stocky said the installer would have to pay to replace them. When I shared my receipts he suddenly had a change of heart. It also took three months to get a refund for the toilet they charged me to remove that was not removed by them.
