I was greeted with a handshake at the door. And Colbee ain't no celebrity , I'm just an average joe. Hardworking, sweatpants , sorta guy. Although I threw on fresh Blau jeans for lunch this time. Once you order your meal they bring a beautiful plate of bread, olives , and dry salami, accompanied with nice herb butter. We started with the baked mussels (see foto) baked with a tomatoe sauce with exceptionally developed flavor. I then ordered the gamba pasta with a nice cream sauce and rucola.
