Their executive chef Albin Widmann treats you with traditional Ladin and South Tyrolean as well as Mediterrenean dishes. The wine menu presents over 400 local and international varieties. They have daily speciality menus as well as an a la cart menu. The restuarant also offers a salad bar, cheese and pastry buffet. The chestnut soup with truffle and the calf cheek are especially good. They also brought us a cold-cut meat plate, grilled shrimps and an assortment of sweets and chocolates on the house. Every plate comes as a piece of art work. The service was quick and efficient.
