Established in 1996.

Luigi Scattolini und seine Ehefrau Iris hatten eine Idee: Sie wollten ein italienisches Ristorante eröffnen, das sich in der Qualität und im Service deutlich von der Konkurrenz abhebt. So sollte es der Moment des Genießens sein, den die Gäste hier erleben können. Die Kunst aus schmackhaften Speisen, gepaart mit aufmerksamem Service, in einer Atmosphäre, die Gemütlichkeit und Tradition verbindet. Deshalb verwirklichte Familie Scattolini ihren Traum 1996 mit der Eröffnung des Ristorante Il Sole.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, persönliche Anrede, Garderobenservice, Getränkebestellung wurde sofort aufgenommen und serviert, inklusive Weinverkostung zweier Sorten. Als Gruss der Küche gab es Bruschetta. Nach der Bestellung der Hauptgänge, wobei man freie Auswahl bei den Beilagen und Grösse der Portion hat, kam umgehend der Salat. Die Gerichte selber kamen auch sehr schnell auf den Tisch und waren optisch und vom Geruch her äusserst appetitanregend. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und die jeweiligen Sossen perfekt abgeschmeckt. Im Ganzen habe ich erst hinterher gemerkt, was für gute Gastgeber dort wirken, der Service war perfekt bis hin zur vergessenen Brieftasche, die selbstverständlich am nächsten Tag abgeholt werden konnte... Italienisches Restaurant, welches sich eher der typischen italienischen Küche verschrieben hat. Das Ambiente ist elegant und alles mehr in Richtung vornehm ausgelegt. Dies soll wohl auch die anzusprechende Zielgruppe sein. Nichts für den kleinen Geldbeutel, aber dafür wird man auch nicht enttäuscht und einem schönen Abend steht nichts im Wege! read more

Beim Eintreffen wurde uns zur Begrüßung die Tür aufgehalten und wir wurden willkommen geheißen (kommt heute selten vor). Wir wurden zum Tisch geführt, die Garderobe abgenommen und uns ein Aperitif serviert. Aufmerksamer Service, nicht störend! Kann ich nur empfehlen. read more
