A "gausthaus" - similar to a simple bed & breakfast attached to an Italian restaurant describes the property. Not fancy, but clean, convenient and worth a good night's sleep. Look for the Ristorante signage and park around the restaurant. Go to the side entrance where you will be greeted by someone - inform them of your reservation and they will walk you to your room. The room was decent, a bit smallish, with two twin beds. The bedding was a bit on the "short" side so be aware. Plus: * Location, in the heart of Bad Toelz attached to a great Italian restaurant and next to the Bad Toelz brew pub * Continental breakfast in the morning provides nourishment for the day's activities Minus: * Only provides soap, no shampoo or conditioner for the shower * Spartan, not luxurious, but it fits the purpose Located and attached to great Italian restaurant, the property provides a decent rest for a night.
