They looked angry if you waved them down, but you had to because they never checked on you! At every point of the meal there was something wrong. When the drinks came out, one was correct one was wrong and when we informed our server they acted like it was our fault. With dessert, we ordered tiramisu and a cappuccino. It took 20 minutes and having to wave down the server in order to get the cappuccino. Our tiramisu order was for two yet we only got one spoon. We ordered a large bottle of water, we got a small bottle of water. The steak was completely under cooked, almost blue in the middle. One of the worst dining experiences we have had in the last year and a half of living in Germany! I do not recommend anyone going to this place! The positives were very few and far between but there were some. They served a Big glass of wine, the tiramisu was amazing, and the bread was absolutely delicious!

When you want to get a nice Italian repas de midi, you will be very well served here. The restaurant is very near to the castle and we dropped by after reserving a table via phone. The menu was loaded with fish and vegetables and I enjoyed the grilled sword fish with vegetables and had a standard salad, the kids had Tortellini and Tagliatelle al salmone and my wife went for the Spaghetti Gorgonzola. The pasta was quite good, but a bit to heavy on salt and cream, which is completely legitimate and no error was made in the kitchen, I am just not to prone on cream and salt and people usually complain that I never put salt on meals. The grilled fish was very good, sword fish gets dry very easy and you need to know when to stop to cook it, but at the same time need to to get it cooked. I usually steam it for a second inbetween frying it, but that always gets the fish a bit to soft. So full stars for the kitchen and the service of the young waiter, who spoke to me in Italian after I started doing so and never complained about my limited capabilities, because he understood that I was enjoying myself doing so. Yesterday I ordered two Pizzas "Pizza Quattro formaggi" and "Pizza Parma". The estimated time was 45 min, this was long, since we live near by, after 60 min I called Lieferheld, when I was chatting the Pizza arrived. My first impression, the Pizza are cold, app. 35 to 40 degree. I took the Pizza and opened the cases. I expected a Pizza Quattro formaggi and recieved a Pizza with Spinach, Tomatoes and undefined shreds of meet or fish, thrown on the Pizza, my wife was hungry and she tried a slice and told me it was Salmon. I also expected a Pizza with Parma Ham and Ruccola. Usually Ham and Ruccola ar put on the Pizza after the dough was backed, but here ham and Ruccola are hidden below melted cheese, the Ruccola was smashed. unfortunately there was an addition on the Pizza which I didn't order Sand. Lieferheld gave me voucher of 9,00€, but nevertheless this experience was to bad and I have to share it. By the way if the restaurant had contacted me I would have told them personally and may be I hadn´t had to share my experience.
