Simply, we sat for near a half-hour before getting menuis (my wife and mine didn't match). Another couple came in and sat at the table next to ours about 20 minutes aft6er we did and ordered, were served, ate and left before we got our main courses. Granted, they were busy, but the answers are simple == either take some of the tables out or hire a waiter who has the slightest concept of what the task entails.
