I texted (and emailed) as indicated on the website for a last-minute/same-day appointment for the 30 min neck and shoulder massage. They were able to squeeze me in this afternoon, and I already feel worlds better. My masseuse (who I believe was Jessica) was great, and was able to talk me through her plan of attack once I described my symptoms. After just 30 min, I feel significant relief in my neck and shoulders- she was very knowledgeable and professional, and did an amazing job. As for the office overall, it is a bit confusing to locate- once in the elevator, you need to press "M" (not 5) to get to the mezzanine level. As other reviews indicate, you are able to hear what's going on outside your room because the room walls do not reach the high ceilings, but this didn't bother me. My room was private, warm and cozy. I also liked that she didn't use a crazy amount of scented oil- sometimes I've left massages feeling like I need to shower. I was able to use my Student ID for a discount, and I did see that there were some specials offered on the Yelp page. I was also asked to pay cash (I believe their machine was down) but they told me this when I made my appointment so I had time to run to the ATM.
