Beautiful government building (Finnish House of Nobility) with a gothic design that merits further exploration. I did not go in but apparently one can make an appointment to see it during business hours. read more

Attended a lecture at this library. This place is an institution that has…read moreserved students and common readers as long as I can remember. It's located in a very beautiful part of Helsinki. You can sit and enjoy reading magazines and just come to prepare for an exam or to have a quiet moment and enjoy the view to the park outside. It's not the largest library in Helsinki but it provides all the valuable services that a person needs. That evening when I attended a free lecture offered by a very prominent law firm in town, Töölö Library also hosted an event that allowed people to come and interact and pet few service dogs. That's real customer care. Only negative thing about this building is an elevator that does barely fit two persons and with a walker or a wheelchair that is too close for comfort.
