On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.

Their inventory is "on point" but someone from that pharmacy has stolen my medication or made a huge mistake. I don't believe this is the first time they've done it to me. I just think it's the first time I caught on. The owner mark, was respectful I guess but also just sadly inconsiderate & refuses to take accountability. I'm missing 30 pills from my script. It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. If you use this pharmacy i suggest you find a new one before this one gets shut down. It's upsetting because I loved the little family owned business & small pharmacies. It's a shame I've been using this pharmacy for years and the quality and personable ability is just completely gone. Straight downhill past few months. It really is a shame. I will not be using this pharmacy again. EVER!! & as much as I'd hate to see a small family business go down , I'd hate to see someone else have to deal with this awful experience. He wasn't doing anything at the time and he came over and said I could enter my birthdate and immediately left. He was wrong because after I scanned my item, the system then asked for verification of my birthdate. By this time, the cashier was helping someone and he saw me waiting for help. I expected him to help me after he finished with the customer, but instead, he made me wait until he had checked out all the customers in line. Then he took a drink from his water bottle and came over without even apologizing for his mistake and for making me wait several minutes.

Amerihealth, my insurance company, paid Walgreens for the prescriptions and I should have only been charged $6.83 out of pocket for both. She went back to Walgreens and talked to pharmacey manager , Marquisha. She was combatative and refused to help. My insurance company, Amerihealth than contacted Marquisha via phone, and again she was combative refused to help. Filed complaint with Walgreens headquarters, no response. Imagine if Walgreens overcharged all their customers like this! Check your prescription costs with your insurance company. It's called "double dipping" !

All aisles had clear marking. I found the eggs aisle easily. The price was excellent, pretty much the same as what I get from wholesale store like BJs.
