It was nice to be back in an area I hadn't been to in years and see some things are the same. The store was a bit weird, it still seems like it is stuck in the past a bit, not really much of an update on the inside. The only other review states that customer service wasn't the best, this is true. It felt like you were asking for something unobtainable if you asked for help. My better half wanted to use the restroom in here but was told that he would have to hand over his driver's license to do so. I'm guessing there is a bigger problem here if that is the case. Before we left we wanted to get some cold drinks before we continued on with our day. Fat chance at that. All the coolers on the wall were broken. Not one, or one section, but all the sections. Instead of removing the beverages that were in there they kept them in there and allowed the hot air to continue to blow on them. The only other cooler in the store was not big enough to accommodate any of the drinks. Not the best experience at all.

When questioned, pharmacist said they were not giving immunizations after 6 p.m. due to staff shortages and paperwork requirements for booster regardless of website availability. Went on vacation and now we all have Covid including my 85 yo mother. My husband and I have missed 5 days of work, resulting in lost wages as well. Thanks Charleroi Rite Aid. I would think as health care providers you would make more of an effort to provide care, especially knowing the severity of Covid.

Her physician has credentials that less than 1% of those in this country, including dental school, medical school, oral surgery residency, general surgery, plastic surgery and craniofacial reconstructive surgery. She refused to research his licensure and credentials, and denied filling my mother's prescription for cough medicine! This pharmacist did not do her due diligence, and therefore refused to do what is in the best interest of the patient in this case. She needs a licensure review and should not be allowed to practice.

Needless to say I have been going to Walmart in Connellsville for over one year. I would not recommend or waste time with the Brownsville pharmacy.
