Led by a wonderful pharmacist named Kristen, the team is helpful, motivated, and really available. They actually answer the phone, which the Walgreens in Ridgefield doesn't (okay, so the bar was set pretty low, but still!). Kristen went out of her way call my physician's office (Danbury Medical) to insure the process of switching over was accurate and done correctly.
