I attempted to correct the cashier, verified the signs that were plastered all over the closed-grill area and coolers... and she just wouldn't listen to me. I wouldn't know if I was purposely denied a deal or if she was just busy and chose not to help me, but this isn't the first time I've had an issue with cashiers not wanting to speak with me or assist me when there was a pricing discrepancy. There are too many times in which I was overcharged for no good reason. I'll add that the soda from the fountain lacks flavor (unsure if from lack of cleaning or if the sodas just aren't swapped out often), their chili machine has a tendency to be out and/or broken, and the location is at a very busy intersection. It's also very crowded and loud inside of the store, but that comes with living in Newtown, at this point.

Best to use the farther one if you're not getting gas for easier access.

There is a nice coffee bar, a cooler in the middle with fresh fruit, and things you may run out of and need when the grocery store isn't open: butter, cheese, bacon, milk, OJ etc ... there is also a section with things like TP, paper towels, napkins, cleaning supplies, condiments, canned goods, salt, sugar, flour and more. They also have charging cords, batteries, car chargers, extension cords and more. For a little store they have a selection of everything that you could think of. Oh and lottery tickets.
