The staff and mangers don't care about customers or their needs. I called on a Friday to make sure my prescription would be available for pickup on Saturday. I was never able to get through on the phone, it kept sounding like someone was hanging up. Finally I went by there, and was told that they'd have it to fill today. I call today to make sure before going up there. Someone with a extremely bad attitude told me "we don't have it, not even sure when we'd get it". I explained that I was told that they'd have it, the representative says "I don't know why they would tell you that". None the less. I hate this location of CVS pharmacy, it's the worst. Go to Walmart or another local pharmacist.

I tried picking up Phenobarbital for him at least 8 days before he runs out just in case they're out of stock or they are hard to refill(an issue we had with his emergency meds at this location.) I was told by a young girl who helped me out (who was talking to a man on the side) that it was way too early and to come back 4 days later to pick up. Did just that this past Monday. Was turned away once again, told it's still early and come back tomorrow(today which is Tuesday.) I dropped by and was helped by an older lady who actually checked to see if they had the Pheno in stock. She said they didn't and had to order a refill. I asked her what to do for future reference(to save all these stupid trips back and forth empty handed) and she explained to call in 4 days ahead for a refill and come two days before it runs out to pick up. Had I been explained that from the beginning, I feel like I would have gotten the prescription sooner. Idk if the younger girl was new but it would've been better to explain that to me. I'm really grateful for the woman who helped me out today so I know for the future because God forbid I cannot have access to my dog's meds before they run out. I really hope that NEVER happens or else THEY will have a BIGGER problem.

I then went on to ask if those would be the walk in hours all week but was hung up on before I could fully get the question out, let alone answered. I pulled my kids from school and rushed to the Rite Aid to make it on time, arriving approximately 25 minutes until 3. The woman at the counter then told me that there are 3 people waiting on vaccinations and if they can't complete them and get us in before 3 PM they will not do the vaccinations. The woman then gave me 2 forms instead of the 3 I said I needed which led to having to get back into the line all over again and ask for one. Once I got back to the counter and asked for another paper they let me know that it is now 255 PM so they won't be giving us vaccinations. I asked the man at the counter whom I am almost certain is the person I spoke to on the phone why they would have not told me any of this when I called and said I would be bringing in my 3 children. He literally shrugged it off and said someone will let me know next time and walked off. There were also active duty servicemembers in line behind me prior to 3 PM who were also being turned away when asking for vaccines. Upon leaving I called into the location and asked for the name of the pharmacist on duty, the same man laughed and said that he is the pharmacist and his name is Brian. I asked about a last name and he laughed and said Taylor. He is not the person who initially answered the phone and put me on hold for about 8 minutes before he came on the line. After speaking with the corporate office they said this person likely gave me a fake name. A formal complaint was filed. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Rite Aid. Please do not waste your time and money on such trash service. They will literally tell you to come in just to turn you away once you get there.

Publix is the Chik-Fil-A of grocery stores. Hopefully that puts it into perspective for those who have never been. This Williamsburg location is no exception. Friendly staff, excellent customer service as well. You can find food that's localized in Florida that has been imported. The deli section is amazing. They have premade food or you can order it fresh if you prefer. Highly recommend a Publix chicken tender sub with lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. 10/10 combo. If you live anywhere in the 757 it is definitely worth the drive to visit this location.

When I took the plastic wrap off of my container, I could smell that the food was old. It's that scent of warmer lights and old oil. I still took a bite and the chicken was indeed old. The wedges were old as well. They were hard and chewy on the outside. The cornbread was as hard as a brick. I didn't even bother to open the package. My son and his dad enjoyed their food. They got subs and chicken strips. Publix usually doesn't have nasty food. I probably just caught them on a bad day. I will still go back.

I'm furious and this is just where I'm starting with filing complaints for them. They were using the self service checkout and the associate assisting the customers had to keep coming over to clear the checkout because it kept malfunctioning (at least 10-12 times during their transaction). He would clear the problem and told them to continue scanning their items, which they did. They finished and paid and went to leave the store, at which time they were stopped by another Walmart associate and taken to an office where they were accused of shoplifting. All of their items had to be checked. The lady doing this, asked my cousin where was the Red Bull that was on the receipt. He told her he did not purchase a Red Bull because they do not drink Red Bull. She insisted it was on the receipt and implied they must have scanned a Red Bull in lure of something more expensive in their cart (in other words, price changing). After searching again and then realizing what she thought was Red Bull on the receipt was actually Red Bell Pepper. Than, she did the same thing with beanie weinies. Saying there was beanie weinies on the receipt, but no beanie weinies in the bags. After searching again, she found the beanie weinies. By this time my 80+ year old aunt (who has severe heart issues) is shaking and so upset. Never being in any type of trouble in her entire life, you can only imagine what is going on in her head. Her son, my 61 year old, was scared to death his mother was getting ready to have a heart attack, having to go through this. Neither of them have ever been in any kind of trouble, so both were freaking out. At the end of their searching and accusing of pricing changing and all this unnecessary disrespect, they did find a few items that did not scan. Approximately $40 or less worth of stuff. (I'm still trying to get all of the details, because I do plan to pursue a formal complaint with corporate on this). Of course, the Walmart associate felt like she had done a great job catching shoplifters. All the while my cousin telling her, the guy assisting the self check out customers had to keep coming over to clear the register because it was malfunctioning and each time told them to continue scanning the items as they were. She acted like it was something they were doing causing it to malfunction so they could get out of paying for some items. The police were called and the associate had my cousin charged with shoplifting. And get this!!! They would have charged my 80+ year old aunt, but in the Walmart Associate's words, "she doesn't fit our profile." But my 61 year old cousin fits "Walmart's Profile" for shoplifters. Profiling, really!!! So, if you are 61 years old, you fit a shoplifters profile in their eyes!!! All of this is so unacceptable!!! Walmart pushes people to use their self checkout lines. Than, when people have issues with it, they want to accuse and charge them with shoplifting??? My cousin now has a court date in July for this. I realize it will probably all work out just fine. But do you think my aunt, who already has severe heart issues, is going to be able to sleep a good nights sleep until all of this is behind them. It could possibly cause her more damage to her heart. Someone who has never been in any type of trouble in their entire life worries about stuff to the extreme. So take note: Do not use the self check out lines if you have to go to Walmart in South Hill. Chances are you might have to face a judge. And to the Walmart Associate that was so disrespectful of two very good people, I hope you lose your job! You do not need to be in customer service cause you obviously were determined to pin shoplifting on someone. She couldn't even read the receipt properly to see the difference in Red Bull and Red Bell Peppers. Didn't even apologize for any of this either. I think a news crew should show up for this court date!!! This is so unbelievable wrong in so many ways. Walmart in South Hill, Va. should get all the publicity they deserve with this one. I think I'll be making that trip with them and making sure the news crews are aware of such stuff happening in the court room that day as well.
