The store is much bigger. Compared to the pictures on Google Maps. Not only is it bigger, but it is kind of relocated on the lot. By doing so, it makes this lot flow better. The pumps have moved to the other side of the lot instead of facing the main drag in town. This allowed for ample parking and a good rhythm for customers to place their orders online and run in to pick it up. This was mostly a pit stop for us and a place to throw out our trash. Facilities were well maintained, store was clean, staff were pleasant and polite. Good example of a well run Sheetz store.

We're to blame for not starting off with a full tank, but we're not perfect. This gas station and mini mart rescued us on what was a really hot/humid summer day. As another yelper has written, there are few options available in this neck of the Allegheny's thick woods. So, thank you, Nittany MiniMart. After fueling up, we walked inside to what's a well-stocked convenience store that's fairly large, with the "Nittany Cafe" staring us in the face and good smells coming from its kitchen. Sometimes after a stressful experience, a bit of food and drink is what's needed to recover. Had a tasty turkey sammie combo, expertly made and toasted, and reasonably priced. The menu is pretty extensive, actually. There's 2 seating options: an inside dining area with good AC or outside, with picnic tables and umbrellas. Bought more provisions before departing (with a full tank this time). And a new lease on the day. I won't forget, and am grateful for, this place!

The DM cooks in the kitchen with no gloves and her hair down, but will tell employees they have to use these things. They've also fired and singled out employees for health reasons. Theyre is no union so employees have no way to defend themselves.

I'm assuming that Sheetz is at the crossroads in the downtown region of this town. Which is good, that means you will have to pass by here in your travel. Going inside I was was in need of something to drink and use the facilities. I also thought why not get a small snack while inside. It was busy and customers were everywhere. I was able to accomplish all I came here for, except I didn't master one thing, as I rarely use that machine. See, I had bought a lottery ticket, which I don't do often, and it was a winner. According to the kiosk. I was like, great, I'll take it to the register and get my money. Well, I didn't know you had to scan the ticket, get a voucher, and then head to the register. When I was at the register the lady asked me if I knew how to use it, and I was honest and said no. She went out of her way to walk me back to the kiosk and show me how to do it. I thank her for that. She then walked me back to the register and did the transaction for the winning ticket. After that transaction she rang me up for my other items and I was on my way out the door to try and figure out which street I needed to then go down.

I had some cash on me and was quite embarrassed because of the blatant discrimination and because of the line of people amassing behind me. I asked for the receipt and she said no, shaking her head. No discussion to be had. I walked to the side and there was my shake, sitting on the counter where they prepare them.
