Personally, I never had an issue w/ the pharmacy fortunately. I read the other reviews & this location getting a bad rap on both sides. I never had that kind of experience in either the pharmacy or retail side & I've been coming here for years. Sometimes you can get lucky & there's hardly a line or no line at the pharmacy or front checkout. In the front there are self-checkouts if you're in a rush. The cashiers are always pleasant & helpful! While the staff can look a bit stressed(understandable since the store often seems understaffed & it can get busy),they always do their best. Kudos to them for pushing through! The sales floor is consistently clean, well-stocked, & organized. I know it's not easy to maintain,so big thanks to the staff! I will definitely continue to come here for my medications & to use my coupons on the retail side. Sometimes the CVS app has valuable coupons you can load into your account. Ding,ding b/c who doesn't love a deal!

My doc called…read morethe script in early Friday AM, and a text came in around lunchtime that they've received the request and will text when it's ready. Note: that would be a total lie, once again. Waited. And waited. Called their mobile number around 1 p.m.and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Didn't get a text. Called again and was told it wouldn't be until after 5:15. Decided to drive there anyway. I knew they were lying (based on past experience). Waited in a long line, only to be told they didn't have it in stock. The pharmacist had to step over loose bottles and pills all over the floor, and even grabbed a couple of plastic baskets filled with assorted bottles, checking each one, hoping against hope that one would be antibiotics. No luck. They sent me to another branch. I will never, ever use that CVS pharmacy again. And it's not their fault, it's corporate trying to make a buck by understaffing the place. And that's no lie.

I also purchased pull knobs for a dresser, they are great and appear just as the website showed me. Then I also purchased new wire connections for a TV. Walmart kept me informed about delivery time which is very important to me. The staff in Walmart are friendly and helpful. This store is now my go to store for items I need.

I don't even believe they have any drinking water bottles or anything like that to buy to take your medicine with. but I will say that I'm always in and out of there very quickly and it's close to my location so that's where I go. But like I said they're not like a store they do not have much inside of there. Maybe you can find some nasal spray some Band-Aids, some baby wipes, not diapers though, but a couple things they have not very much though.

The people who hang outside of the store asking for change make me nervous…read more One time I was inside of the store and didn't hear a cashier call for next in line and the guy behind me yelled at me and then tried to cut me. We ended up in a physical altercation and I had to shove him to get him out of my face. I know at the time, they had security because I saw him when I walked in. I don't know where he was when that happened though and the cashier pretended he didn't see anything. I go to the cvs in Trumbull to pick up my prescriptions because the line for the pharmacy here is ridiculous! No one greets you or asks if you need help finding anything. Even when you ask for help, it's like pulling teeth. However, I like the variety of items sold here. Because it's in an "urban" area I can find black hair care products that won't be in other cvs locations like Fairfield or Trumbull. I've also figured out how to get the most bang for my buck at cvs. I have a cvs card that gets coupons sent directly to it. I only shop when things are on sale. Then I use my earned extra bucks.
