I had gotten my Covid vaccinations done here a year or so ago and in a few days I am set to go on a cruise. I went to grab my vax card for the cruise and it had disappeared. I went into CVS and told them my issue and that I would miss my cruise if I didn't have proof of vaccination and they were super friendly and helpful. They issued another card immediately. Thank you ladies in the pharmacy yesterday for saving my trip, and for being very nice.

Oh, Weis pharmacy called them two weeks ago to have all of my scripts transferred and they said that they have no record of the call! Not to mention the place is disgustingly dirty. Approximately 35-40 people at 5:00ish. The entire line was waiting for self checkout because there wasn't one register with a checkout employee open! I did not have time to wait another half an hour to self checkout. I left my cart in line and headed out of the store. I saw one young employee trying to monitor the self checkout. I tried to call the store on my way home several times to let them know I left my cart. No one ever answered the phone. I won't be back to this location. It's a an unorganized train wreck with barely any employees and poor customer service. Not a manager in sight.

I checked in at 7:30 PM and didn't receive my groceries until 10:00 PM. Customers who arrived after me were served before I was. No one answered the pickup phone or the store phone when I called for an update, and when I asked an associate for help after waiting over two hours, I was told to call 1-800-Walmart instead of anyone checking on my order.It was only after another customer, who was parked nearby, noticed that a grocery cart sitting next to his vehicle appeared to be my order and asked if it belonged to me that my order was finally located. An associate confirmed that the groceries were mine, meaning my order had apparently been sitting outside unattended while I continued waiting. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found a Walmart handheld scanning device inside one of my grocery bags. This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, organization, and attention to customers. I hope management addresses these issues because no customer should have to wait 2 1/2 hours for a pickup order that was apparently ready but not properly brought to them.

You should put a sticker seal at all ends of the packaging like all the rest of the markets do. You do in some but not others, makes no sense! Your supermarkets are expensive enough. No reason for you not to seal your baked goods properly. Check out other posts. You can see their stuff NOT sealed!! Unacceptable!
