Unfortunately, the current system does the opposite. Why is only one screen available? Pickup lines have become noticeably longer as pharmacy technicians wait for customers to repeatedly enter information across multiple screens: first name, last name, birth month, birth day, and now even an additional screen to validate phone numbers and email addresses. I do not desire to scan a customer loyalty card. This violates my purchasing privacy. Despite the excessive inputs required, only one kiosk screen is available for use. This design flaw consistently results in lines 10-15 customers deep, while a technician stands by simply watching the slow process play out. This is an inefficient use of both technology and staff time. My recent experiences have made it clear that this system is hindering customer service rather than improving it. As a result, I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I was looking for the chip section and it only seems to be on the small side sections and part of the last row for chocolate snacks or crackers. The is is truly a one stop for anything you could need. If you look close enough in the back, you'll even find some designer hair care products that I might usually drive to Ulta to purchase. Nothing crazy to reinvent the wheel here. Just an all encompassing drugstore in Vermilion that will carry everything you need and probably a little bit more. It's a huge store that's well-organized and the staff is always happy to help.

They seem quite overwhelmed and understaffed most of the time. Could be a an effect of the times. But I can't complain about the service too much - they're truly doing their best and hanging in there. If you're in for a prescription refill, you can grab some basic snack foods, candy, or grocery items. Drinks and freezer food too. I can't recommend them as a place for general grocery shopping though. They're overpriced for that and selection isn't huge. Of course, they have your usual hygiene and what I call "bathroom" products. Soap, shampoo, lotion, make-up, medicine, first aid. Photo printing. CVS is truly the do-all store these days.
