Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a private practice of Academically Oriented Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Therapists and Psychologists, specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD and addiction. In-office and Virtual Telehealth Psychiatric Appointments with offices in Philadelphia, Manhattan, Pittsburgh, Lehigh Valley, The Main Line, South Jersey, Wilmington, DE and Delray Beach, Florida. Services include Anxiety Treatment (GAD, Panic, PTSD, Social Anxiety), Depression Treatment (MDD, Postpartum Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Bipolar Affective Disorder Treatment (BPAD) & ADHD Treatment and Medication Management. We also offer neuropsychological evaluations for diagnosis and letters for accommodation for school and work. Expertise in Student Mental Health and LGBTQIA+ Care. We are now providing Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services. Most of our prescribers trained at The Johns Hopkins Hospital or The University of Pennsylvania and many teach, or have taught at these same institutions. Our Therapists are trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and several have experience in teaching and/or supervisory roles. We are out-of-network with insurance companies, but individuals can use their health savings accounts (HSA's) or if they have out-of-network benefits, they can generally receive reimbursement for part of their visit cost.

Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates was founded in 2012 by Chris Pagnani, MD. Dr. Pagnani serves as an Instructor at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Supervisor at Jefferson Hospital, for resident psychiatric physicians. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a licensed physician in PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, FL and CA. From 2015 to present, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychotherapists with similar training and a focus on holistic & evidenced based care, joined Dr. Pagnani at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates. Many teach, or have taught, at academic institutions in the Philadelphia area. In-office & Virtual Child, Adolescent and Adult Outpatient psychiatry. Meet the Business Owner: Chris P.
Dr. Pagnani is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a licensed Physician and Surgeon in PA, NJ, MD, DE, NY, FL and CA. He trained in psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was asked to serve as Chief Resident during his final year of training. He attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, where he presented medical research both nationally and internationally. His undergraduate work was completed at Vanderbilt University, where he was awarded the top student in his major and track. He is the Founder and Medical Director of Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates. He is occasionally able to take new patients into his private psychiatric practice and also offers second opinion and one-time 2 to 3 hour psychiatric consultations with reports, for patients looking for full psychiatric evaluations and recommendations for their treatment.
