If you're going to follow customers around the store, the very least you can do is acknowledge them and offer assistance. We came in as potential customers, but the complete lack of basic customer service made me lose any interest in buying something. I don't understand how a retail store expects to make sales when customers are treated like an inconvenience--or worse, like they need to be watched instead of helped. Management seriously needs to address this employee's customer-service skills. Based on our experience, she was not doing her job effectively at all. I definitely would not return after being treated this way.

The store is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful in assisting you. Smell as many as you want before you make the purchase !!! My favorite one is Pink Sands !!! Used to buy Macintosh but seemed too sweet now. The Lemon Lavender is also slightly sweet but not too overwhelming, and if you are for the sweet citrus one, go for the Sicilian Lemon. Found a new scent that I like - Catching Rays !!!!

I surprised the Mrs. on Valentine's Day and we had a scent-sational time here. It's set-up 'buffet style' - starting at one end of the room and you slowly make your way down a wall with an absurd amount of options for what catches your nose, then a section with various options (sizes/styles) for the container to house your eventual candle. Back to the 'bar' to start working on your candle (with the help of the amazing staff) and before you know it... you're done. (Well, you have to come back at a later time to get the finished product.) The 'activity' was slated for one full hour but within 30 minutes almost everyone was done and left. (We were the only couple imbibing - so we were there pretty close to the full 60 minutes.) I can't say enough good things about the crew behind the counter - ebullient to the nth degree. The shop looks amazing, the candle (I got to pick it up a week later) is great and most importantly: I got brownie points with the Mrs. for the unique and memorable experience. The employees are all well versed in product knowledge, and during my last visit I had to make an exchange, and had no problems doing so. I don't shop here super often, but this location will definitely be my first choice when I need something from Bath & Body Works.
