We were ushered here by a maitre d while wandering around el Yumbo, and at first we were skeptical, but despite the fairly tacky decor, the food was delicious.
We ordered two flatbreads (both cheesy, soft yet crispy, and flavorful) and I got the pappardelle with mushrooms. I think it's safe to be wary of pasta in the midst of a Spanish island, but the pasta was actually perfect - fresh, not too turgid, warm, and comforting. It was really a wonderful meal.
I would skip the tinto de verano - it tasted more like somewhat sweetened red wine, but the pasta is definitely a win! read more
