This is an Italian restaurant cafe, and it was good to find 3 Italian gents enjoying their food when I arrived. Ordered the pasta bianco and only had to wait a short time for it to be served. The waitress kept me informed of progress. I was served a large steaming bowl of spaghetti with pipis, prawns, mushrooms and chilli and it was delicious. That's great, but really the staff are sometime just plain rude. A friend recently went with a group of girlfriends for dinner. My friend, who is pregnant, ordered garlic bread for the table, to which the waitress looked down her nose and said "Just for you? Or the table?"My friend is very small build, but felt like the waitress was being rude. I went there the following week with my husband and a friend. We set near the pizza making area and were subjected to snide jokes from one of the owners about my husbands employment status. Definitely not nice, and we didn't appreciate him ruining our night out. As always the food was very nice, so if you can put up with rude waitresses and people who are arrogant, go there for dinner. If you're a local and you don't measure up to their expectations, be prepared for haughty treatment.
