The only thing I could even think about "complaining" about was the carts were slightly dirty, but if you really care about a little dirt on the bottom of your shoes while you're only paying $44 for 18 riding you've got bigger problems. All in all, incredible course especially for the money. And just to add I'm from Madison WI where 18 riding is minimum $80 for the same level of course, so %50 off is an absolute steal.

We get there, there's a QR to scan and order drinks and food-so we do that. Host ends up coming over eventually and we order some stuff from her...didn't think much of it as she called herself a host, not a server or waitress (others ran the food and drinks to our table)...I had planned to leave her some cash as a tip (since i thought I paid for everything as I'm ordering it). Go to leave and I get stopped and asked if I paid online. I said I believe so, my cards on there...was told they would get a manager, manager said they don't see it paid on their end and asked me to prove it with bank statements...it was kind of embarrassing to be honest. People were starring and I was made to feel like I was going to walk out on the bill-which I absolutely had no intention of...I had no idea I had to present a card while there, no one explained that. We basically did everything ourselves online (ordering, reserving the bay, check in). I really don't enjoy confrontation, so even if someone just asked me for a card I would have handed it over without blinking, but no one did. It went straight to the manager and I felt like I was in trouble. Also-couldn't this have been taken care of before I even tried to leave? It's timed...so they had a general idea of when we would be done. In the end I gave them my card happily and paid, but the whole thing felt gross, process improvement is needed.
