Unfortunately River Bend Industries was a disappointment to work with. We ordered a custom built UTV pull behind sprayer to the tune of $7500. After being told what make and model of UTV it would be pulled with, we received it and discovered what we believe was manufactured incorrectly. Once hooked up to the UTV, the sprayer was leaning backwards WAY too much. This clearly was not going to work. After exchanging emails with RBI they sent a modification kit that they hoped would work. This kit would have worked if the sprayer was leaning forward too much, not backwards like it was. We truly believe the tongue was installed upside down since reversing it would have been perfect. Once we emailed back explaining that the kit would not work, it was crickets. Not a single reply back after multiple emails. We ended up taking it to a local fabrication shop to have it modified correctly. Fortunately the cost was not terrible, $300. After asking RBI if they would cover this expense, again, no reply after multiple attempts. Asking for $300 after spending $7500 with them seems to be a reasonable ask to what would have been an understandable and happy customer.
