She's sometimes picky to the point of being unreasonable, but even she was pleased with their work. I understand the comment from 2018. Know that when. you are calling, you are actually talking to the man who's going to be doing the work. He's probably on a job, etc. You won't be talking to a guy that just rides around in a truck all day giving estimates. It's unfortunate the earlier reviewer found him to be a bit gruff over the phone. I found Phil to be a very pleasant and respectful individual.

He wouldn't even speak to me. He wouldn't even have his receptionist call me back. When I called she relayed the message that "Brad said he doesn't think he cut anything so we're not responsible". I had to have an electrician come out, they pulled the line and said "Your line was in fact cut by a circular saw!" So thanks for not backing your work and the over 30 nails in our driveway. Steve repaired some holes in a high ceiling and repaired plaster and drywall on stairways to the…read morebasement and the attic. All three jobs were done carefully and very well. You can't see where the holes were or the spot he had to paint. As often happens, the jobs expanded as we went along but Steve was honest and open about the additional costs. Even with the extra charges, his work was an excellent value. Finding someone who can do plaster and drywall is difficult. Finding someone who does it well and on budget is even better. I definitely don't recommend using them. I had a roof replacement done by them. I had a problem…read morewith a leak that they assured me would be fixed because it was an ice and dam issue. It still leaked, they came back out and said some flashing had come up and they fixed it but said I needed Ty-Par paper behind siding that supposedly wasn't there. I had someone else get on roof to see what the problem is. Extreme put the flashing behind another piece when it was supposed to go on top and their way of fixing the flashing was taking a soda can, caulking it, and sticking it to my roof to use as flashing when they were short. I also had someone remove my siding and there is Ty-Par paper. So, they were going to charge me for yet another job that I clearly didn't need and a soda can will not fix a leak! They will take your money and not be honest!
