Nice theater to enjoy a movie. The concession is small, but the staff does an incredible job filling your order. This place doesn't have the luxury recliners found in larger cities, but it is clean and comfortable. The sound equipment is good and the screen is sized to fit the seating area. I've only been here once because I usually don't spend money on going to the theaters. I went to see Harry Potter for a 4pm show. The price was reasonable- 5.50 I think- however I don't understand why they don't have student prices (a lot of places out here seem to neglect that). I bought a bag of popcorn to eat during my movie which was tasty. The theater was very clean. People may complain that we don't get movies here fast enough but it is Salmon, so I'm just glad to have a theater. I don't mind not have a giant screen- I much prefer a small town movie theater- the big chains with multiple screens often have uncomfortable seats and are so loud I get a headache (do note though that this is a chain). It would be great if they offered afternoon matinees but I'm sure it's all based on demand. read more

I love the only movie theater in Salmon Idaho it is quaint and nice to go to. The popcorn is a favorite for me and my husband and he often stops in for popcorn even when we aren't going to see a movie. The owners are great and seem to be very family oriented. The movies are pretty timely considering it is a very small community and pretty much out in the middle of no-where.......Karen Driggs read more
