They have an array of pastries, muffins and other baked good. They also had various teas and coffee to drink. The cafe looked quite nice, the perfect setting for a nice breakfast. Our food was very good, as was the tea I ordered. If I was looking to have breakfast in Blenheim again, I would definitely go here.

Today was a morning tea stop, so a peach and white chocolate muffin filled the spot (served warm with a little yoghurt on the side). The sweet selection is brought on a tray to your table and explained which is a nice touch (some looked more enticing than others). There's also a full menu for bkfst, lunch and dinner options and easy parking outside.

At first the food looked appetising, very large portions (so big it would be better to share) and a bit pricey... coffee and something sweet will set you back $10-$11. There's also a bkfst menu with a few options around the $16-$18 mark. The food overall is disappointing, I've tried the cinnamon bun, the brownie and had high hopes for the custard square (after being convinced at the til it was amazing) but with undercooked pastry, a stodgy filling and slathered with swirls of chilled (as in hard) buttercream it was not enjoyable. Even the complimentary brownie bite on my flat white had a burnt taste (do they use the end bits?). Not worth another visit unless they massively up their game.
