Went into the office 5 weeks ago. Was told I needed a lot of work done, to the tune of 3k. I told Dr. Kyle I was having major issues with one tooth, a bottom molar. He said i needed to get all my wisdom teeth out and that would help, then said it was actually a debonded filling, then gun soreness. Please note I only went here due to it being close and me having car issues. He the starts poking the tooth, which made me horribly nauseous to the point I had to leave. I went to my regular dentist who shows me a picture of a completely broken tooth in my mouth where the pain was. They said they weren't sure how he missed it but now it's more broken and needs a crown. They are sending me random bills and still trying to schedule me for thousands worth of issues my regular dentist said arent necessary. Also worth noting if you look closely, most of the people who leave reviews for this place have no photos and it's their first review. Stay far far away. read more

Sam is, without question, the most gentle and thorough dental hygienist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her hands are like butterflies of steel, light to the touch but incredibly strong when it comes to removing all the gunk. And she doesn't lean on your jaw! (Huge plus!) This place started off good. Then it just hit rock bottom. They will send you a text message to confirm your schedule, that's great. But when you reschedule via text you still get a phone call to remind you about your appointment that you canceled . You read the text message that was sent with the confirmed time and date only to be told that there is no availability for that said date and time. Now someone who actually works a job that has to take time off during that said date and time that is not available is frustrating. They need to get it together. This is not the first or 2nd time this has happened. No, I will not be back. Pulling my family from this place. read more

Amazing service, never had teeth work done but these guys made me comfortable. Had a molar extracted, great work guys!

My husband got a complete set of dentures over about a 4-5 month period. This has been a bad experience and the dentures still do not fit correctly. Dentures cost a whole lot of money and for my husband to not want to wear them and still not be able to eat normally is not acceptable. Not sure anyone in this office who helped fit his dentures knows what they are doing. First, the front desk staff gave us the estimates, and the options, in our opinion were not clearly stated. The temporary dentures, were awful. 3 different appointments had to be rescheduled because the parts were late coming in. The permanent dentures were refitted 3 times, with no good result. My husband has given up and won't go back to get them readjusted again. They are useless and he would rather not wear them, but does. He cannot eat normally and they fall out constantly. We have tried every denture adhesive made, and nothing works. At this point we will have to have a whole new set made, wasted almost 4k, and the insurance copay, and see if he can have a couple implants put in to anchor them, so they stay in. This was a bad experience for both of us and after many months he can still not eat normally. Do not go here for dentures. read more

I recently was in for front crowns. They ordered crowns and they arrived. They fit perfectly but were the wrong color. Second appointment the crowns were better color but were shaped wrong causing a slight overbit. Told crowns would be reordered to be like the first crowns but with the correct color. Waited three weeks with super white two front teeth because they put the wrong color crowns on rather than another temp set. Arrive for my final crowns and I now have a slight overbit I think they just made me wait and put the same crowns that came in wrong on. I really need my front teeth so I was basically forced to accept these. Really not happy but there isn't much I can do about it. Also when the hygentist went to fit my crowns she had dropped one on the floor and was going to pick it up and place it in my mouth. I had to stop her and she cleaned it first. Also the scheduling at this place is horrible. If you have a job and have to take off work to have an appointment be prepared for them to cancel last minute on you . It is very difficult for working people to get to appointments if you have a job you need to be at and can't just switch your schedule up on a whim. I understand things do come up but during the 4 years I've been going to this location the majority of my appointments were changed they need to schedule appointments based on paying constomers schedules and not just put something on the schedule to fill the day with the intention of just making you jump through hoops. I do not plan to ever come back and I have been cautioning my friends to not go to this dentist. There was no reason for me to go through all the appointments for my crowns to get ones that don't fit correctly because they ordered the wrong color initially. read more

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Communication was great and my kids were totally at ease the whole time.

I have experienced periodontal disease for many years, and it affected my dental health. I have been to numerous dentists, and I could find no relieve, and I no longer smiled because I was so ashamed of my teeth. I moved to Siloam Springs Ar. last year and found Riverside Dental. Dr Issaac Carroccio and the staff were excellent. At my initial visit Dr. Carroccio discussed different options and I decided to have caps placed on my front teeth. I could not have asked for a better experience from a dentist. Dr. Carroccio is artist, and the entire staff is so caring. This is life changing for me and I cannot be any happier than I am today.
