Let's just take care of this minor issue now and make the trip as the Plato Ave locations showed 15-20 minutes waiting. Here's a little trick. If you use Health Partners and want urgent care you can search quickly for "Health Partners Urgent Care Waiting Times". Presto all your answers. This was a pleasant experience as we had warm and efficient service, fairly short waiting time in the little room and out the door. Huge parking lot, so that should not be problem.

She always made sure to leave out extra wintergreen mints for me. It's a super nice office. Front desk staff made sure I saw every single available dr incase something happened and I needed to see one of the other Dr's when I went into labor. I thought that was really sweet. They wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the staff. I never had a "smear" before and Raidun was spoon gentle and coaxed me into trusting her and we clicked really well. I couldn't think of any better team than adefris! The level of care I received from the time I found out I was pregnant to the time it came for my emergency c section, I couldn't of had a better experience from Dr. Boeke and Dr. Crepeau. Dr. Boeke was so sweet from every prenatal visit to the final visit of my induction. He wanted to be the one to deliver my son and it so happened to work out that way. When it was time for the dr to come in during labor he grabbed my leg and rubbed it, just reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. And I couldn't thank him enough for that, especially as a first time mom. When it came to my last visit, I actually had tears in my eyes that I wouldn't be seeing him anymore. I had never met such an understanding and compassionate Dr before. I was on a specific medication and they worked with me talking to my prescribing clinic when I was having issues with them upping my dose due to my pregnancy. He always reassured me I was doing just fine and that I'd be a good mother and I really appreciated all the talks he, I and my husband had from start to finish. Needless to say if I have more, I'll be seeing these guys. I love them so much. They're an amazing woman's clinic.

I left a message right around 4pm on a Friday, received a call same day asking me to come in on Monday for labs. Fast forward 3+ months later and I'm still seeing those docs as i'm currently pregnant. I've had several appointments here for lab work, doc visits and ultra sounds. I never have had to wait long in the waiting room or to be seen by a doc. They run a pretty smooth ship. I have had one appointment mix up that the office apologized for, however beyond that I have had no issues. The docs are WONDERFUL! I have seen 2 in the practice and spoke to a 3rd that was on call and have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone in this office. I would highly recommend this practice.

They tell you to come with a full bladder and I'm pregnant, so you can imagine how fun that was. The staff was very friendly the building was kind of gross and outdated, other patients were disrespectful. It was an odd place to spend a Friday afternoon.

This was the only location available for him to have this drug screening so it was a little drive from our house. He was waiting to use the restroom there so he could test without waiting to need to go, however by the time he got to the clinic he needed to go very badly and he was refused the bathroom multiple times until he started literally peeing himself they finally let him use the restroom. I understand they may be worried to let him use it prior to a screening but he also was unaware that he'd have to wait 1+ hours just to have the test done. Overall they are extremely unprofessional, rude and they seem like they don't want to be here. I suggest If you are looking for a pre employment Ua DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!!

My care has always been impeccable and the treatment my Intended Parents had was so courteous and respectful. When it comes to a birthing center, Regina can't be beat! They also offer a volunteer doula program and have midwives if you prefer. They are super accomodating. I get routine iron infusions here also and they are so good w/me. (I don't do IV's or needles well, so they are very tolerant of me) I'm very comfortable and reassured w/them. My knee surgery was done here years ago and went really well. No complaints there.
