I feel like some other shops can be a little pushy or constantly bugging you. We tried on several dresses and they have a big room with mirrors to check yourself out. We were also allowed to take photos. My sister ordered her dress from them and didn't have any issues. I had them steam my wedding dress, but I can't remember how much they charged. I just had them steam my bridesmaid dress for another wedding I was in and it was $25 plus tax. I think the service is great and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I will continue to use this shop for anything else that comes up.

We have used Blueville to winterize our sprinkler system ever since we moved into our home in 2018…read more They come in at the beginning of winter and pump water out and switch off the system, and then again in Spring to turn the system on. This year, we are thoroughly disappointed with the service. They came on April 22 to turn the system on. We were not there when the serviceperson came (usually, they give us a heads up and we leave garage door open). When we checked in the evening, the system had been turned on in the garage (the control panel), but one of the valves outside was still closed. We thought the person who came forgot to turn it one (which would be weird since they are supposed to test to see that all the sprinklers are working). We turned to valve on, only to notice that there was a big leak. We had the number of the person, so we called him the following day. He said that he would have to check his notes, to see what he had wrote down and whether he had noted any issues (mind you, we called the day after he had been to our home!). We gave it a couple of days. We called again, he did not pick the phone. We called the Blueville Nursery office and reported the issue. The person who picked the phone said they did not have a report about our house. And that they do not have a record of us being their customer!!! She asked for time to look into the issue and get back to us. That is the last we heard from them. Needless to say, we are looking for someone to fix the leak and to do our winterization moving forward.
