The staff are pretty average, but to be honest not being hassled by staff while you browse through a store like this is half the pleasure. They carry a wide variety of items, earrings, pendants, brooches, scarfs, bracelets, necklaces, bags, purses, hair accessories, socks, slippers, the list is close to endless. Their products are inspired by a variety of cultures India, Oriental, African, just to name a few. Their prices are slightly high for the pieces you get, but they do carry a large number of really unique items. This is always one of the first places I go to if I need an accessory to go with something special. Oh, and their handbags are to die for!

They have a continual Basic line of clothes, so if you find something that you really like chances are that the a couple years down the road you can replace it if needed. Or get another 5 or 6 colours if that's what you prefer. There are also always other nice things to supplement the basic range. Zara also has a children's and a men's clothing range - I don't have too much experience in these ranges.
