Personally, I think River Island can be a bit overpriced sometimes, and the sales are never great, but they do sell really nice clothes, especially if you're looking for festival clothing- they have really cute canvas backpacks and all kinds of shorts on sale for quite cheap prices. This River Island maybe lacks accessories- I love their shoes but there isn't that much on offer in this branch- but this is still a good reliable place to stop by when you're in Ealing Broadway.

In my opinion the clothes are aimed at people in their twenties, and at 41 I don't generally find much for me. However the selection of shoes and boots is great. I have never had a problem myself with the store being too crowded. The staff seem to be very friendly and the whole layout of the store is very welcoming, so I check it out every now and again, even though it is not one of my favourite stores.
