I asked again about when I could view the property to which he replied it's by appointment. So I wrote back again pointing out that it's the 3rd time I've asked about viewing and he had yet to set one up with me and that his "over 25 years experience" wasn't showing. He actually responded that I should "check [my] attitude." I feel even more sorry for whomever owns the properties he's responsible for as he refuses to show to willing renters.

I currently live in a building managed by them, and when I tell you there is no urgency to help their tenants. You can call the office, leave multiple emails, voicemails, and still get no response. They have left me feeling helpless. While they do take care of certain issues, others continue to get ignored. Do not recommend leasing with this management company. You're better off elsewhere.
