They gave me a price for labor and I could buy the fabric through them or somewhere else. When I questioned the yardage they said I needed they explained why extra was needed (matching patterns, sufficient seam allowance, etc), I told them what I wanted and they made suggestions including where I could purchase some less expensive fabric.
