She responded very well with Melanie and I would watch on the camera in the cabins that they stay in and I would watch echo Wag tail when Melanie came in run over to her like it was me. if that wasn't enough the day we came home I can't drive so Melanie offered to help Eddie. Bring the three dogs to my house and she wanted to come in the house with echo. I can't lie. I was very nervous and scared because echoes always territorial in her house. At least that's what we were led to believe. When she arrived to the house, she took echo out of the car and walked her in the house sat down in my living room told echo to sit down. Echo sat down. She gave echo a hug. She called me into the living room. I was afraid to come in the living room because I was always told that she's jealous of anybody around me or Eddie when I came into the living room. She stayed with Melanie didn't do anything. Didn't bark didn't show any fear, aggression or jealousy. she just stayed there with Melanie and Eddie was there and I was there and everything was extremely calm like Melanie lived there. I've learned a lot today that my dog is not aggressive. She's a good dog as Melanie says she's scared, but she's very good and she just needs people to understand her and not show her fear. I will never forget this and I will always be grateful to Melanie and I'm so grateful that we found her She also has ring doorbell set up for each cabin inside and out, so you can watch your dogs as she watches them to give you a peace of mind. It's a wonderful set up and it's amazing how it is set up each dog has their own little house their own yard it's not boring there. They can look at the pig and the goats. It's simply amazing. My dogs actually feel like they're going on vacation and it proved that this time around thank you Melanie. Thank you for everything. 5 STARS

There is a dirt... it's out in the country and the dogs have allot of space to run around. Mel matched our previously attacked puppy with a senior dobie mix and she said they did great together. We felt that Mona was in great hands and Helped ease any fears of dropping off our fur baby for the first time using overnight boarding. When In the area, I can see us visiting her in the future. I took my 1 year old toy poodle there for grooming services and was told that 2 hours was needed which turned into 4 hours. When I went to get my dog, I was very unhappy with the uneven cut. I had requested that only a little be taken off the afro and it had all been cut off. When I tried talking with the owner, Brenda, she became upset and stated she was sick and should not have come to work. She stated "Can you just pay me my money" and walked to the back to the bathroom. She left me with a young girl helper to take the payment. Luke is an almost 8 year old Golden Retriever that I rescued when he was 2 years old. While I don't…read more know exactly what happened during the first part of his life, it was clear he came with a tremendous amount of fear and insecurity. For the past five years, I poured everything I had into helping him, but there were some things I simply couldn't overcome on my own. Luke wasn't just anxious-he was an extreme anxiety case. He has severe storm and crate anxiety, had broken out of multiple crates and severely injuring himself in the process, and had a bite history. He struggled with strangers, especially men, and I honestly wasn't sure anyone could help him at his age. From day one, Ray approached Luke with incredible patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand Luke - not just apply a one size fits all training program. He learned what motivated Luke and adjusted his training to hit him. The transformation has been incredible. Luke can now calmly settle in a crate, has learned to stay focused on me instead of his surroundings, and is so much more confident around people. Just as importantly, Ray taught me how to better understand Luke's body language and redirect him before he becomes overwhelmed. He didn't just train my dog, he taught me how to help him succeed. I was terrified to send Luke to board and train. I was worried he would bite Ray (he definitely tried a few times), shut down, or feel abandoned. Instead, Ray kept me updated, showed incredible patience, and never gave up on him. The biggest testament to Ray's work is their relationship. Luke has always struggled with men, but now he gets excited every time he sees Ray. The first time I dropped him off to board after training, he happily walked right inside with Ray and didn't even look back at me. That moment meant everything. Ray makes training fun, and the dogs genuinely love him. Beyond the training, Ray has given me something priceless: peace of mind. For years, I avoided vacations and taking any time away because I never trusted anyone to keep Luke safe. Now I finally have someone I trust completely. I met with several trainers before finding Ray, but something never felt right until I met him. If you have a dog with anxiety, fear, or behavior challenges, don't give up. I've only had Jimmi home for a few days, but I'm already amazed at the difference. We've been out to multiple places together, and I've learned so much about my dog and how to communicate with him. Honestly, I never really knew who Jimmi was or what he was capable of before working with Ray. Ray is truly a dog whisperer. What I love most is that he didn't just train Jimmi -- he taught me. The extra time, knowledge, and guidance Ray gave me, especially during our windshield time, has been invaluable. I now have a much better understanding of Jimmi and how to continue reinforcing everything he learned. Now it's up to us to continue with the daily habits, consistency, and positive reinforcement so these lessons become part of our everyday life. I will continue working with Ray periodically through his board-and-train program for refresher training to keep Jimmi sharp and continue building on the foundation Ray has given us. Dropped my beautiful, 3 year old Dobie off for daycare at 730 am - perfect health, no cuts, wounds,…read moreetc. Picked her up at 515pm from daycare - injured from their admitted neglect. My dog had a huge wound across her face and her front paws were incredibly inflamed and damaged from being scraped up. At 515pm, I was waiting at the reception desk next to the door by the hallway where they bring the dogs up. I could hear two women whispering on the other side of the door about whether they needed to tell me that my dog was injured. I could hear one say that they needed to say something because it was "right there on her nose." Does this mean that if the wound was not readily visible that they would not have said anything? When asked how she obtained this gaping wound across her face, they responded that she must have been distressed when she was in the kennel while they were on a THREE HOUR BREAK. Now, I was told when I toured the facility that they have cameras that are monitored at all times. Well, this is clearly a lie, inaccurate, misinformation, fake news, whatever you want to call it - their claim that they monitor the cameras at all times is just not true. If it were true then I would not have picked my dog up with a gaping wound on her nose, and her smooth toe beans would not look like they were fur (from being shredded). If it were true then someone would have seen that she was in distress instead of being neglected in the kennel for THREE HOURS. Now, when I toured, they did inform me that they do take a break in the afternoons; however, when I'm told that cameras are monitored that should mean that while no one is there, the cameras are still being monitored - after all, that is what they claim. They told me about their policy of monitoring the cameras at all times MULTIPLE times - during the tour, during the social, dropping her off, etc. They prided themselves on this! Again, if this were true, someone would have intervened when my dog was trying to self-destruct in the kennel. The other incredibly disturbing part about this is that they WAITED to tell me about this. They did not call me, they waited until I picked her up (at which point the vet was closed). So my dog had a gaping wound across her face while she was at day care for hours, when they could have called me and I would have rushed over and taken her to the vet immediately. Another concern, but miniscule by comparison to an injury, my Doberman, who has been well trained and socialized (in daycare since she was 3 months old) gets along with all dogs even small ones because we also have a Pom and a Morkie. While she gets along with everybody, we specifically asked them not to put her in with little dogs, because she's 110 pounds and we want her to get her energy out - which she cant do at home around our small dogs. So when we picked her up the same day that she had been injured, they tried to placate us by telling us how well she played that day with little dogs. What? Why would they put 110 pound dog in to play with little dogs? Especially when I specifically asked them to put her in with dogs her own size and NOT little dogs. If you have a small dog, would you want your dog to play with a 110 pound Doberman? Probably not, and I wouldn't want my dog to inadvertently hurt another dog because she is so much bigger by comparison. The owner of this facility shows Dobermans. I wonder what she would do if she picked up her show dog from a facility where her dog was injured to a degree that the vet said, "Wow, that's going to leave a pretty scar" - and she would NEVER be able to show her dog again. Anyway, a $250 vet bill and a scar down my dog's face later, they STILL refused to refund the credit on my account, so I had to do a charge back with my bank. Bottom line, I'm not exactly sure how this place has glowing reviews, how they are still in business, because this place is literally balancing on the head of a pin. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Just save yourself the headache and the heartache and the money!

We were told she had worms but is at the end of treatment so take her out more than usual. This amazing dog Daisy had explosive diarrhea to the point she didn't even know she had to go. We took her back for treatment for $180.00+ fee. No change in Daisy's condition after the meds or change in food. We were told a culture was needed for $2-300.00 and antibiotics for $500 for the 1st week. The vet said we got a group of dogs from Miami with a bad bacteria. After a stern message to Mandy she agreed they would cover that cost. The culture showed nothing. Due to the no resolve and the episodes of diarrhea exceeding 10 × a day and the weight loss of 11+ lb my dad returned her to Mandy. He was assured he would receive the $400 adoption fee but not the vet fee to Mandy's Husband. As of 8/12/24 and today is 10/5/24 no check. We desperately love Daisy and know she is locked in a cage in a store room next to the ASAP VET CLINIC IN BROOKSVILLE FL defecating on herself until the next person adopts her. DON'T DONATE OR ADOPT FROM THIS PLACE THAT CALLS THEMSELVES A RESCUE. GOD LOVE THE ANIMALS THEY "TAKE IN FOR RESCUE". It's a money making scam that only the animals suffer as do the people who adopt.
