I have seen Dr. Liggett and Dr. Johnson for years now. They have always been very accomdating to my crazy schedule and their new office is out of this world. Everything is always very clean and the staff is super friendly. What I am most impressed about with RVSC is how great these guys are at what they do. They are the best Dentists around. I am thankful to have them in town! read more

The dentists are good, the dentist knows how to treat clients but the officer manager lacks of skills to treats clients, she is rude and will not show any signs of good customer service read more

In my opinion, River Valley Smile Center is one of the most reputable businesses in Fort Smith. I feel this way due to the professionalism and knowledge their staff brings to the industry. Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.

The girl at front desk also hung up on my agent and he didn't understand why.

I went to Dr. Liggett for a second opinion after my first dentist wouldn't address my concerns. I was surprised how well run this office is. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My previous dentist wouldn't address my concerns, I don't know if he just didn't want to do the work or it was too challenging for him but Dr. Liggett was very nice and explained the work that needed to be done on my teeth. Love Dr. Becker and his staff!! We've been using this dentist for 6 years. I won't take my family anywhere else. Dr. Becker comes in on off days for emergency work, and keeps in touch with the patient throughout the weekend to be certain all is well! Perfect patient care. I recently changed to this Denists office. I have been twice and had great experiences. The Dr's and staff were very friendly & knew what they were doing. I wasn't uncomfortable and didn't feel anything when they were filling and capping my tooth. They seem to be a very busy office and handle the work load well. read more
