When I asked them to be my advocate for less expensive prescription prices from manufacturers, they falsely accused me of stating that they were price gouging. Very "cult-like staff" with zero interest in hearing from anyone other than each other. Truth doesn't matter here. If a staff member states you said something; then you did. The Vet I talked with said she believed her staff 100% and cut me off when I tried to tell her what really happened. One of the staff actually lied and told the doctor that I cursed them out. I don't cuss...AT ALL, EVER. The doctor actually called me and said, "This is a warning" and when I tried to explain, again she said, "This is a warning" FOUR TIMES! It was then that I understood who was setting the tone for the office. She had zero interest in hearing my perception of these many wrongful treatments I received. I wrote a letter to the owner, but the staff will likely hide it from him. It's too bad, because the owner is a good man. When an employee steals the truth from their employer by lying, it's only a matter of time that they steal money, time and merchandise too. It's appalling that people could treat others so badly.

I let the groomer know that they may need to be shaved and was aware that the cut would be short. These groomers shaved my dog and cut her so badly she needed stitches in two places on her body totaling 6 stitches and two staples to close it up. My poor puppy was in so much pain and when I told FurBaby that she needed stitches they didn't ask how she was doing but told me it was my fault and that I should Speak to their attorney. I didn't even ask them to pay for the vet bill and they brought up their attorney. Red flag? Yes. Do not use these people they overcharge and INJUR your pups. I brought my GSP for an emergency when she was impaled by a stick while pheasant hunting at the…read morenearby Springer Wildlife Management area and was bleeding profusely. They quickly attended to her and was able to stop the bleeding and gave her a needed IV for replacement fluids. They kept her for 3 days and 2 nights. I came back to pick her up from Denver, CO and was shocked to see how good she looked and the noticeable stitch job on her very large incision that she had in her chest. I have used these folks in the past and have had nothing but first rate attention to my hunting dogs. I was amazed at the reasonable vet costs that I incurred for the surgery and 2 night stay.
