    Kids play area.

This mall could use a good deep clean. Everything about this mall screams, "failing!" The food court is run down, bathrooms were dirty, kids play area needs to be replaced because it is worn down. I brought my kids here to play and go to a couple stores. We did not get that far because Of the condition and questionable people that were there. One lady kept watching me and my kids at the play area. She did not have kids and kept Getting on and off of her phone. Made me feel really uncomfortable so we left. I do not recommend this mall for families.

This mall is your standard mall in just about every way. It doesn't offer the higher-end boutiques of Green Hills. It doesn't boast the size of Cool Springs. It does, however, cover all the basics in a decent way. I don't imagine every saying to myself "Oh, yay! We're going to Rivergate Mall!" but I also don't imagine myself saying "Damn, isn't there anywhere else?" My main distaste for it is that it just doesn't offer anything special in content or decor. If all you want is a no-frills shopping trip for the basics, however, Rivergate Mall is a great place for you.

Malls are going the way of the drive in movie theaters This still flourishes mall walkers and a carousel food court and yummy food smells - the cookie store mmmmmm

It's a smaller mall with some pretty decent stores. Opre mills is much nicer but this gets the job done.

It doesn't have a huge selection of stores but there are alot of stores in the area and the mall itself is grounded with four large department stores (JC Penny, Dillards, Macy's and Sears).

Opry Mills is much more than a shopping mall. Built on the former grounds of the beloved Opryland…read moreTheme Park, it's now Tennessee's largest outlet and value retail destination, with more than 200 stores, restaurants, and entertainment options all under one roof. What I appreciated most was how easy everything was. Parking was plentiful and free, access from the freeway was straightforward, and despite its size, I never felt overwhelmed. The indoor layout makes it a perfect destination when Nashville's summer heat or a rainy day changes your plans. The variety is impressive. Whether you're hunting for bargains at Coach, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike Factory Store, Saks OFF 5TH, or dozens of other retailers, there's something for just about everyone. If shopping isn't your thing, there are plenty of dining options ranging from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, plus entertainment like Regal Cinemas, Dave & Buster's, and the massive Bass Pro Shops. Its location next to the iconic Gaylord Opryland Resort and the Grand Ole Opry makes it an easy addition to any Nashville itinerary. Even if you're in town primarily for music, this is a worthwhile stop for a few hours. If I had one suggestion, it would be to wear comfortable walking shoes. This place is enormous, and you'll easily log a few miles before the day is over. Life is too short not to eat well or travel well. If you're visiting Nashville, add Opry Mills to your list. You just might leave with a few great finds and a lot more steps than you planned.

No customer should ever leave a store feeling embarrassed or judged because of their body. Shopping is supposed to be a positive experience, and instead I left feeling hurt and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and speaks with their employees about treating every customer with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I won't be returning until I know customers are treated better.
