I got it aligned + new tires through Tilberts and the car rides GREAT even on slippery roads. They also got me a good deal on tires that work great in snow.

This was pretty stressful as I had 300 miles to go to get home. Luckily, I saw a Midas in Escanaba and stopped in and talked to Jerry, the manager. He immediately put me at ease saying they would check it out. It turns out that the oil filter housing was loose and oil was all over the engine. He had his guys clean it up and I was back on the road in under an hour and can you believe this- No Charge. Seriously, what a great place when another Midas totally screwed up my car. I could tell Jerry was a friendly and honest guy the way he talked to customers, especially those who were obviously repeat customers. I made my purchase, OUT THE DOOR, for nearly $6000 less than Riverside's "best" deal. The vehicle was delivered to my door by a husband/wife porter team, 480 mile one-way drive, as part of the deal. I paid exactly what I wanted to pay, OTD, the same price the Riverside people laughed at. So, if you want a new vehicle from ANY Riverside dealer in Escanaba or Iron Mountain, MI, DO NOT waste your valuable time with these sales people. They will rip you off in a heartbeat, and smile at you the whole time. Definitely go elsewhere. One of their salespersons called me mid-January asking if I was still interested in the vehicle.
