The car arrived (more or less) on time to take her there... but failed to come back an hour later (as booked) for the return journey home, leaving her stranded until another company was eventually contacted by the receptionist. Our driver was there with a smile and a sign with our name on it. What a welcome sight after 12 hours of travel time! Our driver was so friendly. He told jokes most of the way to our Heathrow connection, and kept us very amused. He also had the car stocked with waters & CANDY! Kids thought he was the best driver ever. The company was professional. I arranged everything over the internet, pre-paid the fare and it all went as planned. No complaints. We haven't always had good luck with transportation companies, seems like they're never where they should be. This place is fantastic - highly recommend.
