The receptionist entered and extra zero and charged my card $1240 they said they immediately refunded this charge and continued to charge my card again for the correct $124. Angry as hell we waited until the next day when we were charged and additional $1240 but no refund in sight. Not only did they take the first payment by "accident" now I have two of these "accidental" transactions. Totaling to $2480 that was taken from us aside from the $124 I was suppose to pay. After showing her our bank statements she said there is nothing she can do for us and that we need to dispute this with our bank. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life and I will be telling everyone I know about this place and my experience

First visit she sent me to the endodontist. They tell me there's nothing they could do and that this was a dentist issue. Told me that she should have taken crown off to see what was going on with tooth before referring me out. Now I'm out $350 wasted bucks. So I set appointment. to go see her again to get this resolved. So 6 days before my appointment they send me confirmation text which I responded yes I will be there to, one day before appointment they call my house, my office, my cell, and then the day of, they send a me reminder text. I tell them I do not need that many reminders and I do not appreciate being treated stupid. They in turn call me up an hour before my appointment and tell me that I am rude and to go else ware. To date this woman has done nothing that shows any signs of professionalism. or ability to be a real dentist. She completely missed a cavity on my 19 year old daughter and told her that they would fix it on the next visit, she goes to college out of state, how convenient to pass the buck of responsibility again. She has done nothing that she said she would do and we would not refer to her anyone. It is a good thing an excellent dentist paved the way for her because if she opened her own clinic she would surly go broke. We give her a 0 on a scale of 0-10. Great work "Doc" .

She was unbelievably kind, patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She truly went at my pace with absolutely zero pressure or judgment, which meant more to me than I can properly put into words. I have some pretty difficult dental issues that I've been deeply embarrassed and anxious about, and not once did she make me feel ashamed. Instead, she treated me with compassion, dignity, and understanding. Dr. Vesali was also incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly while helping me come up with an affordable and realistic treatment plan that actually feels achievable. For the first time in a very long time, I left a dentist appointment feeling hopeful instead of overwhelmed. I have honestly never had such an amazing experience at the dentist before. If you struggle with dental anxiety, medical trauma, embarrassment, or fear -- please know you are not alone, and I truly cannot recommend Dr. Neda Vesali enough. She is an extraordinary doctor and an even more extraordinary human being.
