I'm currently a student at this school and I always have trouble getting in contact with counselors and the attendance office. I don't understand why it is so hard to get in contact with an actual person at this. Ms. Richardson and Ms. Hopkins are very hard to be get through and communicate with too. my interactions with her are as if she's always in the right even though my explanations are valid. Don't even bother with this school. They don't care about teaching your kids, and counselors don't care about their students. In the main office, the secretary, Lori Flores? Horrible attitude, she hates her job, no mannerism or respect at all. Parents and students always argue with her because she has a nasty way of talking to people. Counselors will pick up and immediately hang up just so you don't talk to them. A few buses arrive late to school and make the students get tardy passes instead of excusing them... how is that the students fault? Find a better time to pick up the kids so they don't show up late? The principal even seems confused on what to do with the school. This school is so unorganized, they don't even know what they are doing. Silverado and Adelanto High is a better school than this place. Worst experience for my kid good luck sending your kids here. read more

I personally go to this school, and i can tell you it ghetto. and the students have no respect for each other, kids are constantly getting bullied. Also kids are smoking and vaping in the restrooms, they also smoke in the classrooms, right in front of the teachers and the teachers dont say anything.There are also so many fights at this school, and it always takes the proctors so ling to break up the fights, so if you wanna stay safe, dont go here read more

The school doesn't offer AP classes other than one for Spanish. The school doesn't have a library, they have teachers buy books and do a class "rotation" but never let the students use the books. There's no cafeteria, the students have to eat outside even on cold rainy/snow days. They don't cancel school on snowy days instead they assume that the teachers are going to keep their doors open during their lunch. This school is horrible honestly it has a pretty good atmosphere but most of the water fountains don't even work. When a student gets bullied the teacher do absolutely nothing. This is a really great school with a better academic placement then most schools in the high desert and although there my be some difficulty with some students they don't really bully and if you go to the right person it will get taken care of there has been a couple fights but its only been 2 times and it wasn't for a good reason but it was handled with asap i go to school here and i really like it not a lot goes on and theres not really any drama so it is a great school with an amazing academic system read more
