I'd give these apartments a 5 star rating, but the amount of trash that has piled up near the dumpsters when the garbage truck doesn't come is ridiculous! The parking sucks. Each tenant has a parking spot that fits two vehicles. Visitors can't park anywhere because the visitor parking is like 5 parking spots taken up by tenants who have an extra vehicle. They send out notices nearly every 3-4 days for something so idiotic. read more

Management is terrible. Manager is never in office. Property manager is here about 3 hours out of the day. You let them know about cosmetic issues & it takes them months to get things done. Lease says no pets, but they allow certain people to have pets & they have not said anything to them. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX! THEY HAVE THEIR PEOPLE PICKED! read more

Pests (mice, ants) in the rentals are an issue. Trash piles up all around the dumpster and blows around the lawns. The rentals have been painted sloppily. Maintenance doesn't always fix things right or it will take weeks for a specialist to come even look at it. The walls are paper thin. Parking stinks- you have to park one car behind your other car. Narrow spots and its easy to ding the car next to you or have your car dinged. read more

These apartments are very horrible. Landlords are horrible. They don't get things done in a timely manner and expect people to pay rent. Natalie is the worst landlord that they ever had and maintenance is non existent you have to outsource people to come in to fix things but once you report it to them and no response after. Me and my family been back there for a while and it's getting worse and worse everyday. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone or anything. read more

Worst apartment complex I've ever rented from. They don't repair anything while I was a tenant. They tried charging me for faucets handles that broke while trying to wash dishes (cheap fixtures). My apartment flooded several times while I lived there due to rainy weather, which I called to report and was told it is normal that several of their buildings do that. There is no 24 hour emergency number for after hour/weekend emergencies. I spent two holidays because my 4 plex only had one main shut off. Maintenance man just comes and goes inside the apartments without notice or permission (several times I was home and he just walked right in without even knocking).
