i moved to WillowRiver apartments in 2000. I was young and had a daughter. I loved my apartment but in 2000-2001 era all the winter snow melted and out of nowhere the place flooded. 7 feet came in my apartment. so if you're going to live here, do not go to any of the bottom floor apartments because there's no fixing the problem it will always flood there. at any given time. the red mud is awful. read more

It's July 19 and they still have not opened the pool. My AC hasn't worked in a week and no one has even contacted me about it despite multiple maintenance requests (it's JULY)! Nothing ever gets fixed. This place has so much water damage it should be condemned. My window literally just falls off the wall when the wind blows. And residents leave trash everywhere. read more

As a resident of 2 years K can strongly say that I am absolutely fes up with this place. DO NOT RENT HERE. The office never answers the phone when you need them. They are weeks late on maintenance requests. I have needed my dryer repaired for 3 weeks now and I haven't heard a word about when they are going to show up. Lastly I arrive home to a note on my door informing me that ALL RESIDENTS in my building are going to be charged a $35 smoking fee because it has been reported that there is smoking "in or around the building". Slumlords. 1st. This place has bugs, mold and recently has had sewage in a lot of the garden apts. They charge around 800 per unit and have about 300 units. That's about a quarter million monthly, so the can afford to change somethings but choose not too, slumlords. Many people just lost a lot of stuff due to tye flood, sewage was everywhere. I watched people throwing their lives into dumpsters while management was having a celebration party bbqing probably about finishing their bull#hit clean up. Mind you no one was given a dollar for their losses. Yet some how leasing office is always complaining to their tenants. Not to mention the condition of these apartments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX! I have a problem after problem for going on almost 2 years and the management could care less. My roof is currently caving in and the construction worker expressed how dangerous it is that we are in the apartment but management refuses to put us in a hotel. This is after the hallway roof feel down along with a light fixture and installation. Not to mention the other roof falling down in the apartment building across from us. I am truly worried for my safety and they could care less. When I first moved in, I ignored the bad reviews but PLEASE STAY AWAY. My previous apartment had glue seeping from the floors and for 12 months they never did anything after telling me they would multiple times. I had my sink leak and toilet stop working and despite putting in multiple orders no one came and I fixed it myself. If you care about your well being, do yourself a favor and keep searching. read more

Lived here through the 2018 flood. If you rent here, rent a second or third floor apartment. Many of the bottom units were flooded. The people are very nice and the community is quiet and safe. The pool and playground are wonderful for the kids. A very affordable option. Great schools nearby. Grocery is close too. read more

Do not apply here. This is a place running a scam to collect application fees, $35.00 for everyone on application. Plus you pay a $350.00 holding fee at time of application before they will run it. Application fees are non refundable, but the holding fee is refundable, but they can take up to 21 days to refund it, even though they take the money off your card immediately when you apply. I lived here before, was flooded out in 2004. Thought with improvements I would give them a chance, but they obviously don't care about renting, just making money. read more

Stay away from this place, so many issues you will regret living there. The place floods and the staff wont tell you that before you move in. They have a lot of fees and charges upon moving out that they are very picky on. They are very slow and sometimes unwilling to fix things that are not right or broken on the property or in your apartment, for example water leaks, fixture problems and several other issues. They are NOT MILITARY friendly at ALL!! Overall the year I've lived here has been very unpleasant and uncomfortable. They have so many rules that are only setup to harass the resident in their own home. Overall not a good experience and not a place I would recommend to anyone to live!!! read more
