The counter person said she couldn't do anything, and I could leave word for the owner to call me. She even agreed with me that the other shirts were poorly pressed! A week went by and nothing. I went back in, found the owner, and she said she would have the collar flipped and it would be OK. Ready in a week. I went back in a week and the shirt was still there, nothing had been done. Counter person #2 said it would be out that day and back the next. I went back the next week. Shirt still hadn't gone anywhere. It's obvious that they have terrible customer service and just don't care. Additionally, their pressing equipment is dirty and other shirts came back over-pressed in spots, and under-pressed in others. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not use Comet cleaners in Stephenville.
