Excellent customer service. I always get a warm welcome and the reception staff are very friendly. All staff are kind, non-judgemental, listen well and adapt to your needs. Massages by Cerys are always fantastic and she will tailor it to your needs. She is intuitive as well as a good listener and will change style and pressure to suit, depending on if you want a purely relaxing massage or a deeper, more therapeutic one. I always leave the building feeling like I'm floating, even after deeper pressure work. Paul Hindle is a very good chiropractor and also offers a more targeted trigger-point style release massage for sports injuries, although you do not have to be any kind of sportsperson to benefit from these treatments. I certainly am not. I personally didn't get on with acupuncture, due to my nervous system and issues I have but Darren was very kind and understanding and relieved some of my symptoms using alternative methods, once we realised I could not work with the needles. He was patient and tried various techniques to help me. The online appointment service is good and you can create a profile to see what upcoming appointments you have as well as past appointments. Email reminders are good as well as calendar appointments created for you. read more

Established in 2014.

Having worked locally for the last 11 years, Phoebe decided it was time to set up her own practice in the centre of Paignton. Our new, attractive premises is equipped with all that we need to offer an expert service - and even has on-site parking for your convenience.

Meet the Business Owner: Phoebe B.

I was born and raised in South Devon, studied chiropractic at the AECC in Bournemouth, and graduated in 2002 with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. Then it was back to my roots to start practising! I was fortunate to be offered a position within Torbay Chiropractic Healthcare Clinics where I worked as a chiropractor in Torquay for 11 years. I've developed a busy family practice and thrive on the challenges posed by all different age groups, and in 2004 I was awarded Surestart contracts to offer Chiropractic treatment of newborns and babies in Torbay to be provided via this government-funded initiative. This has helped build my reputation as a successful paediatric chiropractor and I continue to offer treatment for those as young as 5 days old. Referral of these, my youngest and most fragile of patients, often comes from local NHealth Visitors and Midwives. I vary my approach to suit your needs, but predominantly use Diversified Technique (the most widely used amongst chiropractors)

I find Duchy Chiropractic Clinic after a bad experience of being (as far as I am concerned)…read morewilfully ripped-off by another practice in North Cornwall (which I have reviewed elsewhere). Thankfully, a previous good experience with a very good chiropractor had already established my faith in the efficacy of the practice and I'm glad I eventually landed with Duchy. The owner and main practitioner is very good, very friendly, very nice and very effective. I can recommend Liz without reservation. My advice is to find a good practitioner and stick with them. I have stuck with Liz.
