Booked miss Briana with plenty of time for my babyshower, paid about $400 just for her to text me the morning of my baby shower with a fake google picture of a "car accident" she got into. The trailer in the picture doesn't even look like it's carrying any party stuff like it should be if she actually just returned from a party. Just trash. Told me I was getting a refund, it's been a week and I'm still waiting for that refund. She stopped returning my texts and calls and then out of nowhere makes up another lie and says she had an emergency c section. To make up sick lies like that to NOT work is ridiculous. Unfortunately found them on Facebook and wanted them to do my decoration for my wedding ceremony. I payed for an arch with flowers and chairs decoration. Something simple, I would add the inspo here. The communication was almost nonexistent, every time I asked if Breanna had something in mind for my wedding she had me waiting. The day of my wedding we spoke on the phone for final details and I trusted her. My coordinator told me that she sent someone else to do the decor, she never made the arch that I asked and WANTED from the beginning. Even the lady told my coordinator to throw away the decor because they didn't want it back.... What??? When I confronted her on message she told me that it was a misunderstanding because she thought the place already had the arch. Please save your money and your peace. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND! We paid them to do our wedding and put a tent above our tables where we were having our reception. They brought the tent literally hours after they said they would and set it up in the dark. I watched them put it up with their cell phone flashlights. Our decorator came the next day- the day of our wedding to set up the tables and IT WAS TOO SMALL- THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG TENT! I immediately reached out- the women said it was indeed the wrong tent and they didn't have time to fix it. The tent was literally BENT, zip ties were EVERYWHERE, it was barely staked to the ground. My father had to go to Home Depot to try and put it in the ground better. Right before we all sat down- THE TENT STARTED BLOWING OVER!!! It became a safety concern and it took our guests to take it down. To top it allll off my small cousin tripped and fell on a large metal stake thing they put in the ground that was rusted and had to be taken to the hospital to get stitches. The women said she would refund us the next day and still hasn't - it's been two weeks.. she has never picked up what's left of the tent- and hasn't even apologized. I had booked RJB for our wedding for chair and dancefloor rental. They had said they owned several Dancefloor options Their transportation had a major blowout while transporting (which is absolutely not their fault) resulting in them arriving 3 hours later than they should have and an hour after our ceremony. the dancefloor they had started to set up was not only dangerous with a 4-5 inch drop on the edge. They also said it had 1 scratch so they applied stain to it and brought it inside which filled our reception space with stain fumes. This further delayed our reception start time They did provide a refund admitting they did not have full time to set up and so they did not want anyone using the dancefloor. Luckily we could change the order of events since we were supposed to enter and do our first dance and instead, we ate dinner while they removed it all. Our biggest issue is not only was the dancefloor dangerous but also applying that stain within minutes of bringing the wood in was a bad call and the fumes are dangerous and the wet stain would have ruined my wedding dress. read more

I found RJB Celebrations on Facebook and saw a mutual friend use them for a birthday party. We decided to use them and book their balloon house, which was supposed to come with monster truck-themed balloons and outdoor decor for my son's second birthday. On the day of the party, I had to reach out to find out when they would arrive for set up; our party time was from 3 pm-6 pm. I was told 2-2:30 for arrival, and the house took "minutes" to set up. 2:45 rolls around, and still no one has arrived for the party, so I not only call but message them repeatedly; after hearing nothing for twenty minutes, I finally got told they were running behind and would be there shortly and again said the house took "minutes" to put up. They arrived an HOUR late; the couple who came to set up were arguing loud enough for my guests to hear and had left their child in the car. After thirty minutes, the house was set up, and it was not what I was told, There was no outside decor, and the house was generally dirty, but I had a group of kids waiting, so we went on with the party. The house had a hole that looked like it had been patched and had ripped back open, so the effect of the balloons swirling around inside the house did not happen because the air was leaving the dome, so they sat on one side. The party ended, and I sent a message to ask what time the pick-up would be, and I was told they could come the following night...I said that wouldn't do I have dogs and did not want to be responsible for their equipment. After again getting no response for over an hour, I requested a refund and expressed my disappointment in the service. I again heard nothing back for over an hour. When the owner responded, she said she went through a list of excuses, never apologizing and making it out that we were inconveniencing her for having to pick up her equipment. She said she could be at our home at "9ish." I asked her to tell me when she arrived because my kids were sleeping, and my dogs would go nuts. She does not show up at nine, more like ten, and lets herself into my yard to get the equipment. She was flabbergasted that I posted about the experience and now has cut off communication, and I'm sure won't be giving my deposit back. DO NOT USE THEM. I have never been so awed by a company's lack of professionalism. read more
