We met with multiple contractors and not only did Vinnie give us the best price for the services we needed I hired Vinnie to start a project that included redoing 3 bathrooms, complete basement renovation, all windows and siding and they started in April of 2022. Throughout the project we had various changes and additions and he was very accommodating even day of changes and the additional services that we requested were priced reasonably. I'm waking up every day to the worthy experience of my life. I've been taken, had, duped, you name it for more than $500,000 in damages by Vincent Deletto. I've never seen anyone go through what I'm going through with a contractor. I've seen BAD situations but mine is the worst I've ever seen. NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE!!! Hiring Vincent Deletto & Fine Finish Construction Inc. HAS BEEN & CONTINUES TO BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! Since I hired Vincent Deletto I am down almost 30 pounds due to the stress, anxiety and heartache that he's caused me. Trying to get Vincent and his company to perform work is worse than pulling teeth. Vincent Deletto abused me. I had an adjuster come to the house on Friday to begin an estimate of how much more work is left to be done and he told me he estimated there is an excess of $550,000 of work and material to be completed. I recently got a quote from another contractor to finish the rest of the work in the contract and the quote I got to finish the work was for over $724,000!!! Vincent Deletto was supposed to have my house completed in 28-40 weeks which should've had our project completion date as per our contract sometime between May 1, 2021 (28 weeks) - October 16, 2021 (40 weeks). Vincent Deletto & his company were over a year behind schedule yet he still have little to no men working on my house Monday through Friday. I seldom saw more than 2 of his workers or subs workers at my house on any given work day. He's since vacant we the project. Jim Curry connected me with Vincent Deletto. I got played like a fiddle. I thought he was this great religious man and I got taken. On Thursday 7/21/2022 Vincent Deletto stated "So Matt why don't you just ruin me and I'll just retire a couple of years early. So whaaat, really, I'm not a kid, I've already made my fortune. So whaat." "of course you've paid for things that haven't been completed" There are a bunch of other victims who've reached out to me. He did not show up, which is extra unfortunate as it was an early Saturday morning. However, mistakes happen and I don't believe that one scheduling mishap defines a company. I was willing to reschedule. Eventually, I got ahold of Kyle again via Facebook and was rescheduled for an estimate on 7/30. Kyle was on his way to a job and had very limited time to offer us at our appointment (10 min). We didn't know that of course, until he got to our home. Rushing through his questions, taking his notes with a sharpie and scrap piece of paper, and not bothering to have a mask to wear were all pretty big red flags. I knew we would NOT be a priority to this company. Regardless, he was friendly enough and said he'd get the estimate to us in a couple days (it was a Friday so I figured by mid-first week of August). Well, not surprisingly, an estimate didn't come. Three weeks later and I notice him offering free estimates on the local community page and I took the opportunity to ask him if my estimate was on the way. I got "It will be ready early next week". Fast-forward to September and I have received nothing from this company. I have reached out to 4 other businesses in the meantime and their conduct has been more professional, friendly and structured by a mile. I am very confused by my experience with WNY Property Kings and their lack of professionalism, as they came highly recommended.

He showed up when he said he would, with no hassle. Each day I came home and he would be packing up for the day (pre-arranged by me) so I could get a rundown of what was done. When he wasn't going to be there the next day, it was for reasonable explanations ( plaster drying etc.) The work was completed to my high standards, and he even gave me suggestions of what would make it a more suitable work area.
