And the price it cost me to store my belongings was the best price I could fine. Plus having the insurance makes me feel better about leaving my stuff there. Where if something happens to the content of my unit, I could replace those things. They do a great job of making you feel welcome, I just wish that since it is secure entry that it would be 24 hour access not just from 6 am to 10 pm. And a after office hours washroom would be nice, but understandily they only have washrooms in the office.

When I didn't close my padlock properly one day, they called me the next morning that they noticed it while doing there rounds so I ended up not getting anything stolen. The place is well lit after dark and the security seems reasonable. I found there was a little leaking of water when it rained, but it was not in a spot that caused me problems, and I am confident that if I talk to them about it that they will work something out, as they seem very responsive and quick to get problems solved. There is no issue that I wouldn't expect with any storage, and far less actually. Also didn't feel pressured to buy their expensive (though very high quality looking ) padlocks. They let me use what I already had and even told me where I could alternatively get one when I explained I needed another but couldn't afford the pro-quality lock for storing non-valuable items. I have no expectation that my 5/5 stars is a rating I will regret giving.

They refuse to accept cash, even though cash is legal tender. I do not understand how a company…read morecan justify refusing a legitimate form of payment. I was told that cash is accepted for monthly storage payments but not for accessories. This policy makes no sense: If the company accepts cash for one type of purchase, it should be willing to accept it for all purchases. Refusing cash is unnecessarily restrictive and lazy and, in my view, reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to providing even a basic level of customer service.
